3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for size or style issues, depending on stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another design of equal value or receive store credit.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return procedure.

Once approved, you’ll need to send the item back in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately through the website contact form.
We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Refunds

The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.
