Order Cancellation

At Doliz, we understand that sometimes plans change — and we aim to make your shopping experience as flexible as possible. Please review our order cancellation guidelines below.


1. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please submit a cancellation request through the contact form on our website as soon as possible.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • You may, however, request a return or exchange after receiving your order by following our [Return & Exchange Policy].


3. Refusal of Delivery

  • If you refuse to accept delivery of an order without prior notice, shipping charges may still apply.

  • Repeated refusals or order cancellations may result in restrictions on future purchases.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For eligible cancellations made before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), there will be no deduction, and the order will simply be voided.
