1. Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse to accept delivery of an order without prior notice, shipping charges may still apply.

Repeated refusals or order cancellations may result in restrictions on future purchases.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancellations made before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), there will be no deduction, and the order will simply be voided.
